Lytron has six standard cold plates, including tubed cold plate, flat tube cold plate, and vacuum-brazed performance-fin cold plate technologies. With full custom design and build capabilities, plus over 30 standard parts, Lytron can provide all of the components for your liquid cooling loop.
Tubed cold plates consist of copper or stainless steel tubes pressed into a channeled aluminum extrusion. Flat tube cold plates contain internal fin to increase performance and offer excellent thermal uniformity. Performance-fin cold plates consist of two plates metallurgically bonded together with internal fin.
Standard cold plates can be purchased from our distributors. Lytron also accepts standard cold plate orders from OEMs for 10 or more cold plates and/or for prototyping purposes.
